Big gains if used correctly

This little contraption packs a punch if you do them slowly and methodically. It has a counter that is very accurate. It provides tight resistance to work the muscles you're targeting. It has different ways to use it on the booklet. You do have to find the sweet spots where it doesn't push against bones and hurt as you squeeze. There is no assembly needed, it's very sturdy contraption, and definitely worth the money.

Nice compact piece of equipment

This Pilates reformer is sure to give you some sore muscles. This piece of equipment is the perfect size to be compact enough to give you a decent workout without taking up too much space. For it being plastic, it has a very sturdy quality to it. I found it to be very easy to use and the added instructional manual and exercise guide was helpful. This is definitely a cheaper option than signing up for a Pilates gym. At first, I did not realize that you could rotate the knee/ leg pads that I was happy to find that they could be adjusted as they were initially digging into my leg. The added band was a nice surprise.

Love The Device.

I love this device. My thigh muscles really feel it, and they are quickly improving. I follow the ten-second rep routine: ten seconds to close, hold for ten, and ten to almost relaxed, but the pressure is never fully released. By the end of the set, I’ve reached muscle failure quite nicely. The “wings” flip around by pulling them out and twisting. They have four notches, which provide three positions for the tension. Folded in is harder to push than when they are turned out. I do wish it had a tensioner that would allow me to increase the pressure. As it is, I’ll probably need to upgrade when the device becomes too easy using my muscle failure method. Normal reps and set-based workouts, as described in the manual, will likely remain useful much longer. The build is solid, with no loose fittings or squeaks and rattles. It’s a little too easy to reset the count if you need to steady the exerciser; whether you turn the counter on first or start with your first rep, the very first rep isn’t often counted. The second rep reads as 00001 more often than not. The device needs to be almost closed to count each rep. I like that I can exercise my arms and calves as well. I’m not so impressed with the 10 lb band; it’s not strong enough for me, and I’m not yet strong enough. It just stretches really easily and becomes bigger after use each time than before, making it less useful. I didn’t get this for the band, so it will just go unused.

Workout for more than just thighs

The pilates exerciser gives an easy but beneficial workout. The pads rotate in a circle and can be positioned to exercise thighs, calves, knees, arms, and more. Provides decent comfort and a counter with reset button to keep track of repetitions. Relatively sturdy and small size. Only negative is it doesn't stay folded for more compact storage.

Comfortable and Surprisingly Versatile

Aurora Pelvic Floor Exerciser targets my core and pelvic floor muscles in a way that’s both gentle and effective and the smart screen display is a great motivator, seeing my reps tracked in real time keeps me consistent.
The non slip design and enlarged surface make it comfortable to use, and I never feel like it’s shifting during a workout. I like the 360° rotation feature, which lets me change angles and really work different muscles without having to reposition everything. It’s compact enough to use in my living room or even sneak in a session during a work break.
If you’re looking for a simple but comprehensive way to strengthen your core and pelvic floor, this trainer is a solid investment.

This little device is much cheaper and more convenient than the gym.

The PakaLife Pilates Reformer is lightweight yet sturdy, and the 360° rotating design makes it easy to adapt for different exercises—inner thighs, glutes, arms, even core work. I especially appreciate the ergonomic curved handles and the smooth resistance from the internal spring. Bonus points for the cute pink color and compact size.

There is only a 10 pd resistance to this and if you require more, its not for you. Also comes with a small resistance band, all the directions are not in English, but it is pretty self explanatory.

I had a decent experience with this

Personally, I've had a good experience with this and found some work arounds. Let me explain.

The design and size is appreciated as it doesn't take up much room and this does travel nicely. I'm not all that strong, especially after 4 knee surgeries, so I find the resistance quite the workout and I'm feeling it today as I walk around my work place because I'm sore.

Once I find that the set resistance isn't doing much for me anymore, there is the option of placing the resistance band around my knees or thigh area and at least feel the burn was releasing because then there will be resistance when moving your knees back out, if that makes any sense.

For me, this is something I'm benefitting from because I wasn't as strong as most people starting out, and that's due to all of my unfortunate down time. But I'm very happy with the results because I feel my muscles working which I love! And again, the portability of this is nice, as I flew it with me when I had to leave town.
