I had to give this a try after doing some research about the copper in the pool. Well it definitely helped get the pool crystal clear now. After struggling for a week to get it clear I threw it in the pool and whammy, pool is now clear.
I needed this when my pump was out to keep the pool from going green. It really helped. After the pump was up and running I discovered my salt cell was out so I have used it all summer long. My pool is crystal clear. I do shock it (one bag or half gallon of generic bleach) or put a tablet once a week.
Ionizer works great and keeps our chlorine levels low for our young child and pool clear. Bonus is the color changing lights at night.

I wasn't sure the ionizer would work as described. Skepticism was overcome by results. I've dramatically reduced my chlorine use and the pool is crystal clear and tests fine. There food needs cleaning weekly showing it's working as well. Worth the purchase.

I can't believe how good this works!! I have saved a lot on chemicals, well over enough to pay for it. Tip- put a noodle around it so it doesn't get caught in the skimmer. Absolutely wonderful product!! Did not disappoint!
