Mroace Cordless Heated Massage Pad

I purchased this having serious spinal & lumbar injury, age wear & inflammation disease. I love that the band is lower in the back, has well designed lumbar support with stays built in. The extra elastic side bands make a nice secure fit. It's got 3 heat temps, warms quickly, the pulse massage has 3 settings each a different pulse pattern. The rechargeable battery makes this so great because it's versatile. Being "portable" wearing it while doing laundry or standing tasks in kitchen . Really helps relieve muscle pain & helps with my mobility. There's an Auto shut off timer. Also it's really comfortable wearing it while sitting. It's more than a heat/massage pad. It's actually good for support/compression while wearing and the bands help fit well.

it’s been 2 weeks with sciatica, saw this belt and couldn’t pass it.. the belt is nice as it brings an extension for us semi fat lol.. but anyways the vibrations are amazing , now the heating it takes around 2 minute to feel something

I have advanced Endometriosis, and the heat and vibration truly help. I have tried other wireless heating pads that were much smaller, but the size of this one is really wonderful. The hottest setting is HOT. Heed the warning not to wear this on bare skin lol I wish I could change the timer, but I don't mind hitting a button every now and then for this type of relief.

This is the best back brace I ever had in my life! I had back braces, I had massagers, I had heating pads… But this is all 3 in one?! And it’s portable! It was definitely worth the buy, and I’m not swimming in extra right this instant, if ya know what I mean.. But this was def worth it..

Several things I find:
1. Easy to charge powerbank with provided USB C/A cable. Charge lasts for a good while
2. Powebank fits snugly and well into belt holder
3. Three Heat Levels
4. Three Massage Levels
5. Excellent pain relief
6. Auto shut off
7. Extender belt holds securely
8. Stays put evenm while sitting

I think this is a WONDERFUL purchase regardless of FSA denial of reimbursement. I had significant relief in two days of use. My back was in a lot of pain and muscles were very tight/irritated/inflamed.

It does wonders for my lower back pain. In terms of the settings, I’ve found the first massage mode (which is the mode it starts on) and the third heating mode (the hottest mode) to be far and away the best. However, it’s often difficult just to get the thing to turn on, as the buttons are poorly designed/manufactured. Based on the build quality, I have a feeling the product won’t last long, in which case I will lower the review. That said, purely based on the massage and heat functions, it’s an amazing product.

This was the greatest gift for my husband. He deals with pain in his lower back from lifting so much all the time, and this seemed to really help him A LOT, the settings, the adjustable size, how easy it is to use, he absolutely loves this and we both HIGHLY recommend this for anyone that has back issues, and really loves heat to help with the pain, and the vibration setting seem to really help loosen everything up as well. And this is very DURABLE, he even wears it to work sometimes!

Cons; The only down side is that he says the battery doesn't stay charged long, so having some back up batteries is a must if you wear it a lot.

My likes:
- it works really well, even through a leather belt

- it gets hot, I know everyone’s threshold of heat is different, but I believe the advertised high heat is accurate.

- You can sit against this pad, which helps apply even more heat to your affected area. In my case, my lower back. Generally I have to reduce heat to medium or low with pressure while sitting on my couch or chair..

-It is super easy to put on and take off

-I’m 43 inches around the middle at the belly button. I do not need the extender there’s 4 to 5 inches left with the main belt. The extender looks super easy to use as well..

- I don’t use the massager very much, but I can see where it can help stimulate blood flow to therapeutically help the affected area faster.

- i’ve been suffering from lower back, muscle spasms on both sides of my spine about belt height due to degenerative disc and sciatic nerve pain. The heat from this belt eliminates those muscle spasms and soothes the area wonderfully.

- The portability of this belt is awesome. It fits great inside my work backpack. I wear it at work, I wear it at home, I wear it shopping or a long walk, I wear it golfing. I wear it while driving. I’m buying 2 more to have as a spare, and leave one at work . I wished I would’ve bought something like this a long time ago.

- I like the automatic shut off. The 15 to 20 minute heat therapy is about right for me and I don’t have to worry about accidentally leaving it on.

- it heats up within 3 minutes. If that seems like a long time, it’s not..

- Service is awesome. I had an initial question about battery charging/function and I received a response within 10 minutes. My follow up questions were answered very quick as well.

OK, maybe one small nit pick . But it really has nothing to do with quality of the product per se. I wish the battery was 10,000 mah or larger. But honestly, I have Not run out of battery for my use during the day yet.. but again I don’t use the massager much and I use the heat therapy periodically through the day. I let the temp go to high and then back it off to medium or low..

Speaking of battery, The great thing with this belt versus some other belts that use proprietary battery connections, you can buy a 10,000 to 20,000 mah 5v 2amp rechargeable battery pack on Amazon for under 20 bucks. That should easily provide you with all day heat therapy..

This has truly saved me when it comes to my period. I have cramps so bad that I can't walk. That isn't an exaggeration, I truly cannot walk even with help because my cramps are so bad. Just starting with this in case someone thinks "oh sure maybe if you have baby cramps it works." Also, I have a big stomach. With the expandable strap, this fits perfectly and the heat and massage is enough to get through the stomach fat to my muscles and uterus. Between this heating pad, all the OTC pain relievers on the market, and a gummy, I can actually get through my day now. By far the heating pad is the most important component.

I make sure to charge the power source the day before my period starts. I will say that if you use it continuously it does need to be recharged about every 4 to 5 hours. That's with me having it on heat and massage both the whole time (yes, not recommended but if you have pain like I do then you know how it is.) Since it's just a power bank, you may be able to plug in a different one as a backup but I haven't tried it. (Edit: I tried it with a power bank and it worked! I now keep a backup at all times!) Even the lowest setting can make my skin really hot (it's that powerful), so I always wear thick sweat pants and a long shirt so I have multiple layers of fabric between my body and the heat source.

There are other heating pads that you can strap on your body that are smaller and aren't noticeable under clothing. This is not that. Those ones weren't big enough for me and weren't powerful enough either. This is a heavy duty one that I wear on top of clothing while working from home. If you're worried about aesthetics, this is not the right choice for you. But if you have pain as bad as I do, I suspect you won't care and will simply do anything for pain relief. If that's what you want then I can't recommend this enough!

Edit: it's been nearly a year now and still going strong! Works just as well as ever and I now keep a backup power bank so when one dies I just throw it on the charger and plug in the other one. This heating pad gave me back the week that my period used to steal from me and I will forever sing its praises!

Final edit: 1 year and 7 months later the buttons are malfunctioning. It started a couple months ago where I had to press both buttons twice for them to work. Now I have to do it over and over until it finally works and I can see the lights in the panel glitch a bit. Everything I said above is true and I'm buying a new one. To be clear, I used this every single month for 5-7 days about 8-16 hours at a time. If you only use this occasionally it'll probably last much longer. Conversely, if you plan on using this every single day for back pain, this might not be as durable as you'd like. It's still a 5 star product for me.
