Mroace Adjustable Router Circle Cutting Jig

The tool is easy to setup using just a few screws. It fits most of the common router base plates which makes it easy to attach.

I have many jigs and a lot of woodworking equipment in my garage woodshop. What I didn't have is a nice jig to rout a perfect circle. I know this jig does more than that, but this was my purpose in ordering it. The experience I am having with this Sigerio 4 in 1 Router Milling Groove Bracket is a bit different than some others. My jig came perfectly CNC Machined and painted to the highest quality. If it looks like parts of the jig are not cut or centered properly, that's simply attributed to my phone. It was perfectly cut and even all over. The numbers are written in white lettering so they can be seen easier. I like that both the Imperial and Metric measurements are scribed on it. Sometimes I use one and other times I may use the other. It really depends on the project. The faceplate fits my router without any issues and has made some of my tasks so much simpler. It also came with a great set of directions that are clear and easy to understand and to follow. This new shop tool is sturdy, well made, looks great and saving me lots of time and frustration.

If you need to make grooves a set distance in from the edge or you need to make circular grooves it is hard to beat a tool like this. This tool was machined well and everything slides smoothly as intended. It came with 1 or 2 minor dings in the red anodizing but nothing that interferes with use. The bolt to tighten the cross bar is almost too long because it starts to bottom out as it snugs up the t-nut. I am super glad to have this tool in my collection so I can stop making wooden jigs to do what this does. Recommended for sure.

While the manual is a bit brief, here is what you need to know for a palm router setup:

The Base: The detachable base plate has a versatile hole pattern. If you're using the Bauer 6.5 Amp model, the alignment is steady, though I recommend using a bit of Loctite on the mounting screws if you’re doing high-volume cuts to prevent vibration loosening.

Range: It handles a radius from roughly 3 to 15 inches easily, which covers almost any home cabinetry need.

4. Balanced Objectivity

Pros:

Stable Control: The secondary handle provides excellent leverage, keeping the router flat against the workpiece.

Versatility: It’s a 4-in-1 tool, so I’ve already used it as a straight-edge guide for dados as well.

Cons:

Pivot Pin: The center pivot pin is a bit small. I found that pre-drilling a tiny pilot hole for the pin makes for a much more secure "swing."

5. Who is it for?

This is perfect for the retiree woodworker who wants professional-looking results without the steep learning curve of a CNC machine. It makes the Bauer palm router feel like a much more expensive plunge setup. In other words, it is a big impact item for DIY enthusiasts and it's functionality is spot on.

I got this router jig for making circular cuts and it’s been a useful addition to my woodworking tools. We're coming up with uses for this thing all the time it's really great for cutting circles and a nice radius corner without having to try to trace the right size lid or bucket or something like that

I have some square at home, but it is not accurate enough for me to install the cabinets door handles and hinges. This is the perfect solution for me that doesn't cost more than $50. It fits well with my router and easy to use. The quality doesn't feel cheap like some plastic tool out there. I was able to install my 4 cabinet doors without issue. Pretty stable for a product at this price range.
