These 4V Cordless Electric Scissors have been a fantastic addition to my crafting and DIY tools. The ergonomic handle makes them comfortable to use even for long sessions. I was impressed with the cutting performance; the 3 SK5 blades cut through materials like fabric, leather, and thin cardboard with ease and precision.

The battery life is also very convenient—a 1-hour full charge provides a good 45-minute runtime, which is plenty for most projects. The inclusion of a safety lock is a great feature for peace of mind, and the portable storage bag keeps everything organized. Highly recommend this versatile cutting tool!

These power cutters/scissors work well and are fun to use. They’re strong and cut paper, cardboard, and canvas smoothly and cleanly. I’m very into crafts and often need to cut materials, but for my art projects I usually need extremely precise cuts. That’s why I mainly use a paper trimmer with a slide cutter (my brand is Carl), since it allows me to get perfectly aligned, accurate cuts.

Because of that, I don’t personally use these as often as I might if precision weren’t such a priority. At the current price point, it doesn’t quite justify how frequently I use them right now. However, I do plan on stretching my own canvases in the future, and I know these will be great for that purpose.

I do think this is a niche product, and niche tools tend to cost more because they’re not mass-market items. I’m a little torn on the rating—if I could give 4.5 stars, I would. But since I can’t, I’m giving it 5 stars because I think it will be extremely useful for the right person, especially someone who needs fast cutting on a larger scale.

I had never seen electric scissors before until I found this. This is cordless. It cuts like butter through several layers of fabric. This has helped me with my cutting. I have hand nerve damage and it’s hard for me to use scissors and thus cuts better than my manual roller cutting blades. It has some weight to it but it’s easy to use. The battery seems to last a while. I haven’t had to recharge it yet after a week of using it. It’s a time and hand saver for me so I would definitely order this again.

The manual is very disappointing—the print is tiny and practically unreadable, so have a magnifying glass ready if you want to go through it. I chose to skip that part; fortunately, there’s little about this tool that requires explanation.

I purchased these after recommendations online for a similar product and not they're a life changer! These easily cut through all sorts of card board, plastic and anything else, making breaking down boxes for recycling a breeze, opening packaging easy, and even work perfect for cutting carpet and fabric. Great for all those things you'd wear your hands out doing before, and no soreness afterwards.

I have arthritis and am left-handed, which limits my mobility, so this is a huge advantage for me. I really enjoy using it.

Once you get the hang of how it works (slide your material between the guard and blade, hold the lock, then pull the trigger), it’s smooth sailing. It cuts through cardboard like butter. I actually found myself looking for extra boxes to slice up just because it was so satisfying. It also handles thin carpet, plastic, and craft projects with ease. The LED light is handy when working in dimmer corners, and the included carrying case with accessories for blade changes and charging makes it feel like a proper kit instead of a gimmick. For anyone who breaks down boxes often, or just wants to add a cool little gadget to their tool stash, this one’s a keeper.

These electric scissors work very great to cut cardboard boxes up. No more overfilled recycle bin each month! They are very easy to use, have a low weight in the hand which makes for a quick, speedy cut with great accuracy each time. I have used these for a few months now and am very pleased with them overall as cardboard cutters, however- I have one gripe/issue which may be specific to the cutters I received and not indicative of the item in general: the battery indicator lights on the side which light up during operation and during charging do not all work. My green one does not operate which means I never actually know when the battery is more than 2/3. Still, I am pleased with these scissors and would order another pair if there was an actual need for a second set.

Is this the one?- for me it's getting closer to what I am looking for in an electric scissor like this one but just not quite.

This is a rotary blade electric scissor/cutter it is battery operated and rechargeable. It comes with its own USB C charge cord, 2 blades, a key to remove the blade and a cinch bag to store everything in.

It comes with a instructional pamphlet with all the usual warnings that you can expect with these types of tools.

You need to charge it prior to using for the first time. The charging port is at the end of the handle and charges to full in about 2 hours. There are LED lights that will let you know the status of your battery at any time.

There are three LED lights - green, red, yellow. R-charging when plugged in and also will light up as you use the tool. G-lights up as you're using the tool and when it is charging the light will turn green when it's fully charged. Y- this lights up dim to brighter as your battery is being used the stronger the light since you should recharge your tool.

It says that it can cut 300 cuts per 2 hour charge not sure yet if that is the case because I have only just been playing with it up until now.

Pros:
As an artist, I use paper from a roll that’s about four feet wide and it’s a bear to cut. These scissors make that task much, MUCH simpler and easier.
Cuts the paper, which is thick and dense with ease though getting past the outer edge of the paper the first few times I used it cause a bit of a hiccup.
Holds a charge decent amount of time and the LED lights on the side let’s me know when to charge it so it doesn’t run down in the middle of the project.
Easy on the hands. The tool is not overbuilt and heavy so I can use it for much longer than I expected to.

Cons:
There is no light on mine so it’s requires bending over to make sure I’m starting at the right spot.
This is not a precision tool, or at least it isn’t for me. It gets close, but it’s doesn’t take much to cause the scissors to wobble and give you a wobbly cut.

If you do a lot of cutting, especially of thicker materials, this is an excellent way to get the big cuts out of the way and save your hands.

I ordered this to cut up cardboard boxes and this works perfectly for me. It is small and compact, so it can easily be stored away. This cut right through the cardboard without any issues. I volunteer at my kid's school a lot and they do a ton of crafts, so I can use this when I need to cut thicker items. It is decently priced, so if you are looking for electric scissors, definitely get this.

I got it as a gift for my son-in-law. He did look puzzled at first. I told him I got it because I had watched him tearing up boxes for recycling. He tried it once and it was a hit! So much so we needed to yell at him to stop cutting up all the toy boxes!

The scissors are nice, but the delivery was made to the wrong address.

super smooth cutting. came fully charged has a battery indicator light. the angled grip makes it so much easier to run through cardboard. im very pleased overall with the shape design and convenience. the package with carry case and extra blade plus charger. its really a great set. extremely useful and sharp cuts so smooth and clean with ease.

This thing worked like a charm, I had a bunch of cardboard boxes and it ripped through them with no issue. Used it for about 15 minutes cut maybe 30 times, so far so good.

Despite being small and lightweight, these scissors handle thick materials effortlessly. I used them to cut packing boxes and even some craft foam. Comfortable grip and easy to swap blades make them a must-have.
